Workstation Business Growth Manager

As a Workstation Business Growth Manager at Lenovo, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving financial/market share targets in the Hong Kong market. This role requires a robust business acumen and strong communication skills to manage relationships with sales/marketing/operation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategy plans to drive workstation business growth.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including sales team, enterprise customers, business partners, and Strategic Alliances.
- Prioritize list of accounts/prospects for short and long-term pursuit to achieve assigned sales objectives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of direct B2B selling experience.
- Understanding of dynamic Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry (AEC), High-tech manufacturing, Media & Entertainment (M&E) Industry, and distribution business.
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills with excellent presentation skills to CXO level.
- Candidate must have extensive experience selling in the Hong Kong market.
