We are seeking a Senior Business Growth Manager to join our team at BCT Group - BCT Financial Ltd & Bank Consortium Trust Co Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, at least 8 years of relevant work experience, and a strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
