Job Overview
A leading financial service company seeks a skilled New Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand their client base. This role requires strategic thinking, effective relationship management, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, customers, and partners
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive profitable growth
* Manage distribution channels to achieve specified growth and profitability targets
* Collaborate with underwriters to review and recommend cases for new business applications

Requirements
* 5-8 years of experience in business development or sales with a focus on building lasting business relationships
* Strong understanding of policy structures and excellent negotiating and closing skills
* Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required
