Strategic Business Growth Manager

At Infore Capital Management, we are seeking an exceptional Strategic Business Growth Manager to spearhead our business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities, informing the development of innovative business strategies to attract high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
- Fundraising and Business Planning: Lead fundraising efforts for investment products, including public equity, private equity, and bespoke solutions, with a focus on executing well-defined business plans that meet key performance targets.
- Client Relationships and Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, investment partners, and key stakeholders in the global asset management industry, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Presentation and Marketing: Prepare and present investment proposals, marketing materials, and due diligence documentation for potential clients, incorporating customer insights and product interests to deliver persuasive presentations and promote brand recognition through roadshows, industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Collaborate closely with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to relevant laws and policies.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or investor relations within asset management, private equity, or wealth management sectors, with a proven track record of success and exceeding revenue targets.
- Professional Capabilities and Skills:
- Business Acumen and Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of asset management products and markets, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks effectively, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Mandarin and other languages being an added advantage.
