About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Client Relationship Manager to join our Institutional Banking team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Multinational Corporations and China Corporate clients across various product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Client Relationship Management">

You will be responsible for developing and executing client strategies to identify, target, and realise new share of wallet opportunities through provision of new products and services.

">Cross-Selling and Upselling">

You will work closely with global relationship managers, product partners, and other stakeholders to cross-sell into broader products or facilities where appropriate and deepen the bank's share of wallet for Hong Kong and regionally.

">New Business Development">

You will acquire new customers and identify new business opportunities with existing customers, actively seeking referrals from existing customers or other business units.

">Portfolio Management">

You will set workflow controls by ensuring key tasks and activities are prioritised and managed with a focus on client management, ensuring quality of portfolio through sound credit assessment, lending decisions, and accurate account management.

  • Banking product knowledge">
  • Effective negotiation and business development skills">
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills">
  • The ability to collaborate effectively and leverage the bank's resources">
  • Mandarin language skills">

We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of HK$720,000 - HK$1,080,000 per annum, plus bonuses and benefits.
