Strategic Client Manager for Corporate Banking

Robert Walters Hong Kong is seeking a skilled Strategic Client Manager to lead our corporate banking efforts in the region.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves managing a portfolio of high-value clients, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Foster deep, long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Credit Analysis and Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit reviews to maintain a high-quality loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with the bank's guidelines and policies.
- Deal Execution and Monitoring: Drive internal and external deal execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Business Development: Develop short- and long-term client marketing strategies, leveraging expertise in corporate banking products, including syndication and structured finance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure collective success.
- Education: A degree in finance or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in corporate banking, focusing on large corporates, such as multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, and blue-chip companies.
- Skillset: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound business acumen, and a proven track record of success.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
A highly competitive salary range of HKD 600,000 - 1,200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
