Strategic Banking Relationship Manager

Job OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Strategic Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will involve building strong relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Service Delivery: Deliver exceptional banking services to customers, integrating our offerings into their strategic business development processes.
- Credit Management: Utilize industry expertise to manage commercial relationships across multiple sectors, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
- Financial Solutions: Provide comprehensive one-stop-shop financial solutions by actively selling and delivering our extensive range of products and services to clients while maximizing wallet share.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients by offering market intelligence on industry trends, economic developments, and identifying potential risks/opportunities for clients.
- New Business Development: Develop new customer relationships and collaborate with product specialists to identify cross-selling opportunities and create customized product solutions fitting clients' financial goals and requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
- A university degree with prior banking management training from an international banking organization.
- Experience in large corporates, mid-market enterprises, or commercial banking.
- Experience in marketing, business development, and general management of customers across various industries.
- Familiarity with managing portfolios across sectors such as Commercial Real Estate; Infrastructure & Construction; Commodities & Energy; Electronics; Telecom, Media & Technology; Healthcare & Pharmaceutical; Consumer; Services; General Trading; General Manufacturing; Textile & Garment; Logistics & Transportation is an advantage.
- Strong sales and marketing orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- Relevant insurance and investment licenses, as well as compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include competitive bonuses, stock options, health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and career development opportunities.
