Job Description

The Digital Relationship Manager is a key professional who plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a deep understanding of banking and investment products, as well as excellent communication and diplomacy skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively engage with clients to deepen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and increase share of wallet.
  • Work closely with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients' individual needs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies at all times.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.
Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience in banking and financial services.
  • Sound knowledge of banking and investment products and process.
  • Demonstrates advanced level of Early Warning Detection skills.
  • Demonstrates advanced credit skills; able to structure all type of credit deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in team setting and coordinate multi-functional teams to provide an exceptional client experience.
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
