Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Corporate Client Solutions team. The primary accountability of this role is to effectively respond to corporate client enquiries, handle complaints, and execute instructions for fund custody and administration needs. This involves regular contact with clients to obtain feedback on service levels, facilitating query handling to ensure timeliness and accuracy of responses, and ensuring effective and timely client communication on areas of client impact.

The ideal candidate will have a university graduate degree or above in Business or related disciplines, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a client-facing and service-oriented capacity. Sound experience of banking operations and practices is essential, as well as the ability to adapt working hours as needed to meet client service level objectives. Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and excellent communication skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to corporate client enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Execute instructions for fund custody and administration needs, ensuring strict adherence to service level objectives.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to obtain feedback on service levels and initiate service reviews at agreed frequencies.
  • Facilitate query handling to ensure timeliness and accuracy of responses.
  • Ensure effective and timely client communication on areas of client impact, including Market Bulletins, operational queries, and trade & corporate action executions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
