Client Service Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our team at AXA Investment Managers. As a key member of our client service function, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our clients in Asia ex-Japan.
Job Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide exceptional client service and sales support infrastructure to ensure delivery of first-class service to our clients.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales teams to handle client inquiries, product updates, and new product onboarding.
- Client Onboarding: Carry out client onboarding, handle client inquiries, and ongoing due diligence.
- Reporting and Coordination: Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of high-quality reporting and handle client onboarding and transition processes.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Head of Client Group Core APAC as needed.
- Qualifications: University degree (ideally in economics or finance) and 5+ years of relevant experience in client service/sales support functions.
- Technical Skills: Proven track record of servicing clients in the financial industry, good understanding of investment and post-investment operational processes, and experience in streamlining reporting and communications processes.
- Language Skills: Relevant written and verbal language skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Personal Competencies: Team orientation, excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, ability to work with different cultures and languages, strong client and service orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
