About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Banking Systems Specialist to join our team at SUPER Corporate Consultancy Group.

Job Summary

This role involves identifying business system requirements and producing specifications for retail banking solutions. You will contribute to the revamp of existing systems, establish detailed acceptance test procedures, and manage joint testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Requirements Identification: Identify business system requirements for retail banking solutions, covering various channels such as ATMs, self-service machines, mobile applications, and e-wallets.
  • System Revamp: Contribute to the strategic direction and business plan-driven revamp of existing systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory updates.
  • Acceptance Testing: Establish and manage detailed acceptance test procedures, coordinating joint testing efforts with technical teams and external partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking or personal banking business.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge and experience in business and data analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a drive to deliver high-quality solutions and build strong relationships with technical colleagues and business partners.
