About FP Markets: We are a well-established globally regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies.
We are growing and looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the Chinese market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to convert leads into clients and establish business relationships with new and existing partners.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into clients and establish business relationships with new and existing partners.
- Actively hunt for trading professionals in social and professional platforms to engage them as clients/partners.
- Find the most effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products.
- Assist in the onboarding of trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other company partners.
- Work closely with customer support to provide an impeccable user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related disciplines.
- Client-focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence and persuade for mutually beneficial outcomes.
