About Simlessly

We empower businesses with remote SIM provisioning and connectivity management, helping enterprises, IoT providers, and telecom operators simplify and scale their operations globally.

This role involves end-to-end business development, including direct sales, channel partnerships, and key account management. You will drive revenue growth across APAC, North America, EU, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional and international expansion by developing key accounts and building high-impact partnerships.
  • Mastery technical sales by developing expertise in eSIM, IoT connectivity, and API-based solutions.
  • Drive business validation and growth by conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Accelerate deal closures by developing compelling sales collateral and providing technical pre-sales support.
  • Bridge customer needs and product development by working closely with R&D teams to translate market feedback into product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with strong business communication skills in both languages.
  • 5+ years in B2B sales within IoT, Telecom, or Cloud industries.
  • Strong technical literacy to articulate API architectures, IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP), and cloud-based connectivity solutions.
  • Experience working with Chinese and Southeast Asian markets, with a deep understanding of business culture and negotiation tactics.
  • Resilient and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to travel 40%+ (domestically & internationally).
