Our client, a fast-growing premium mobile advertising platform , is looking for a high-performing Sales Director to drive revenue growth and expand their footprint in Hong Kong. Specialising in high-impact, brand-safe mobile advertising solutions , the company partners with top-tier publishers to deliver premium ad experiences for brands and agencies. With a strong global presence and a reputation for innovation in mobile-first advertising , they are now seeking a strategic sales leader to accelerate growth in the region.

The Role

As Sales Director , you will be responsible for developing and executing a commercial strategy to grow the company's market share. You will identify new revenue opportunities, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at media agencies and brands, and position the platform as a must-have solution in the digital advertising space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by securing partnerships with media agencies, advertisers, and brands.
  • Develop and execute a commercial sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the advertising ecosystem.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to enhance value propositions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within AdTech, MarTech, digital media, or programmatic advertising .
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, data-driven marketing, and agency sales .
  • Existing relationships with media agencies, brands, and advertisers in Hong Kong.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan while managing a team.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.
