  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the complex catering sales department
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a passion for delivering service excellence.
