Global EdTech Sales Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled teacher or educator to join our global EdTech client as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for growing revenue and relationships amongst the international schools sector in Hong Kong and China.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and flat-structured global sales and business development team that values every voice. You will handle the full business development, sales, and customer lifecycle, including lead generation, conversion, conducting product demos, building relationships, and negotiating deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound sales activity to book meetings and product demos
- Build relationships with international schools to identify their needs
- Negotiate and finalize sales of the platform
Requirements:
- Experience as a teacher or educator
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire and motivation to build a whole new revenue stream in Hong Kong and China
- Behaviors and values such as the ability to be coached, inquisitiveness, responsibility, drive, and modesty
