Sales and Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Lead to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of our ecosystem partnerships team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients in the Web3 space.
About the Role
In this position, you will develop and execute sales strategies to acquire high-value clients, including institutional investors, exchanges, and tech firms targeting Web3 users. You will stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine your sales approaches. Additionally, you will build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers from blockchain projects, crypto exchanges, fintech companies, and other Web3-focused businesses.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients in the Web3 ecosystem
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire high-value clients
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Experience in the Web3 space is essential; familiarity with SaaS platforms is a plus
- Strong understanding of Web3 payment/wallet business, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems
- Proficiency in English, and conversational Mandarin is required
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
