Senior Sales Development Lead

IQ-EQ seeks an experienced Business Development Director to lead the Greater China Sales function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct selling and cross-selling a suite of products to Private Wealth clients, including Family offices, multi-family offices, institutions and high net worth individuals.
About the Role- The successful candidate will contribute to the continued improvement of the Global Sales Team through the systematic documentation and timely execution of sales processes.
- Key responsibilities include identifying new business prospects through innovative methods and research, researching and contacting potential leads, developing Fee Proposals, managing relationships with prospective clients, and collecting market intelligence.
- A bachelor's degree and at least 8 years' relevant experience in client-facing roles in business development, preferably in fund administration and/or trust companies.
- Strong documentary writing and IT skills, as well as knowledge of basis trust structures with corporate entities.
- Preferably, the candidate should have experience with Private Trust Planning and setup, as well as understanding of closed-ended and open-ended funds, private equity, and hedge funds.
- A highly self-motivated individual with great integrity, good organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively without constant supervision.
