Regional Sales Lead

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will lead sales efforts for Quicktron Robotics, leveraging their expertise in mobile robotics and fulfillment solutions to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This is a high-visibility role that requires a strong sales professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Main Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet customer expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market research, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
- Lead training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge within the team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales organization.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics and automation industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term business growth and development.
- Leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
