Regional Enterprise Sales and Development Lead

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager who can develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Nurture business relationships with channel partners and end-users.
- Lead pre-sales activities, solution presentation, and contract negotiation for order closure.
- Drive sales growth through market analysis and competitor intelligence.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the Data Center market and solutions to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 5-8+ years of experience in Direct Enterprise Sales and Channel Partner Sales in Data Center / Telecommunication / System Integrator fields.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Able to work in a multi-cultural business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
