The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager who can develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Nurture business relationships with channel partners and end-users.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, solution presentation, and contract negotiation for order closure.
  • Drive sales growth through market analysis and competitor intelligence.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the Data Center market and solutions to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in Direct Enterprise Sales and Channel Partner Sales in Data Center / Telecommunication / System Integrator fields.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Able to work in a multi-cultural business environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
