Job Description

The Senior Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth for Workiva Inc. in the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.

This position requires a seasoned professional with 6+ years of experience in complex solution sales, preferably in enterprise technology.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin, enabling effective engagement with clients based in Taiwan.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to secure new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with executive-level buyers and influencers in private or publicly traded companies.
  • Pipeline Management: Regularly update customer relationship management tools to report customer contacts and provide accurate pipeline analysis for forecasting sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with peer Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to generate qualified sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6+ years in related roles, preferably in enterprise technology or complex solution sales.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Education: Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.
