Splunk is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Job Summary

The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion. This includes building strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering results-driven sales solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of software solutions and their applications. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Deliver results-driven sales solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on company offerings and market trends.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Government sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong executive presence with ability to negotiate and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Familiarity with Splunk software products and ability to learn their functionalities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box.
