Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Enterprise Sales to lead the charge in expanding our footprint in the enterprise market by introducing new application solutions to sizable firms locally.

Job Description

The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to build relationships with C-suite executives, articulate the value of bespoke software solutions, and close high-impact deals. You will drive revenue growth while mentoring a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise clients across industries both financial services and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a sales strategy targeting large enterprises, positioning our application solutions as critical drivers of digital transformation. Identify and pursue new opportunities within large companies, leveraging market insights to address pain points in areas like workflow automation, data analytics, and cloud integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 8-10+ years in IT sales and proven success selling enterprise software/SaaS solutions to large firms
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder mapping
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills
  • Experience with managed services, cloud or AI-driven applications
  • Existing network in target industries or prior experience at a top-tier IT consultancy
  • Good command in English
