The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Director who can drive complex sales cycles and achieve targets. You should have strong experience in driving enterprise sales and a successful track record in meeting your targets. As a key player in our team, you will develop new customers directly with the support from the Solution Consulting team.

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with 3+ years selling to large enterprises.
  • Proven success in closing multi-year, large enterprise deals.
  • Strong connections with senior executives in Financial Services.
  • Experience in selling Fintech or customer service solutions (preferred).
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Strong presentation and English writing skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and organized.
