Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will play a vital role in building new relationships, generating leads, and setting up our sales team for success.
This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, innovate, and make a real impact in a fast-paced environment. You will drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers, update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM, and consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets. They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be tech-savvy, and familiar with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Apollo. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is also required.
