Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with merchants, key decision-makers, and industry partners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, negotiations, contract closure, and account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of merchant partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in e-commerce and POS integration.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and POS integration is an advantage.
- Existing connections with medium and large hotel/retail chains are a must.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
