Sales/Business Development Manager

Our client, a leading FinTech company, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Business Development Lead. This role will focus on identifying and prospecting potential partners to promote the adoption of their financial platform.

About the Role:

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Prospect Potential Partners: Leverage industry connections and market research to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner organizations, such as FIs, corporates, and businesses across the globe.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to facilitate seamless onboarding and technical integration of new partners.
  • Negotiate Partnership Agreements: Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic partnership proposals and negotiate agreements with prospective partners.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize partnership growth strategies.

About You:

  • Qualifications:
  • University Degree: Hold a university degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience: Possess solid years of relevant experience from recognized establishments in financial services and/or payment and fintech-related industries.
  • Deep Knowledge: Have deep knowledge and experience in payments and web3.0, with a strong understanding of cryptocurrency on- and off-ramp solutions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate acute and professional communication skills, with a proven track record in influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Desirable Qualities:
  • Candidate Profile: Be a result-oriented individual with a strong desire to deliver beyond expectations, possessing good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua.
