Business Development Manager - Shipping/Maritime Partnerships

Ebury is a leading global fintech company that empowers businesses to trade and grow internationally.

We are looking for candidates with 5 to 15 years of sales experience within the Shipping/Maritime industry.

This position involves selling Ebury's FX Products and other Payment Solutions to clients in the Shipping/Maritime sector.

The Partnerships division at Ebury specializes in institutional, financial brokers, and FinTech sales, providing white-labelled solutions for banks, asset & wealth management firms, Money Services Businesses, Software Platforms, and other industry verticals that require FX payments.

You will develop a network of intermediaries from scratch through market research and cold calling, aiming to maximize revenue potential.

About You

  • Enjoy building new relationships with a client acquisition mindset.
  • Interested in the financial markets, ideally with a financial background.
  • Excellent communication and social skills: face to face, via telephone, and email.
  • 5+ years of sales or client-facing experience in the maritime/shipping industry.
  • Experienced in selling to clients operating in the maritime industry.
