Strategic Compensation and Benefits Manager

King Deux Search & Consulting, a specialized executive search firm, is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their dynamic team in a premier mixed-use development.
Estimated SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is between $85,000 and $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionIn this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits strategies that support the organization's talent attraction, retention, and engagement objectives.
You will assist with the administration of the company's compensation programs, including job levelling, salary structures, salary reviews, and job descriptions. Additionally, you will support the management of the company's benefits programs, such as health/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee perks.
As a key point of contact for employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries, you will ensure accurate and timely responses. You will also maintain and update the company's HRIS system with employee data, compensation details, and benefits enrollments.
Responsibilities- Assist with the administration of the company's compensation programs
- Support the management of the company's benefits programs
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries
- Maintain and update the company's HRIS system
- Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate processing of employee compensation and benefits
- Participate in the annual benefits renewal process
- Provide general HR support to employees on policies, procedures, and HR-related requests
- Assist with the coordination of employee life events
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs, initiatives, and best practices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in a compensation and benefits or HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Collaborative team player with a customer-service mindset
- Adaptable to change and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
