Our client, Eagle Partners (International) Co., Limited, is a leading Property Management Group seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Strategist to join their HR team:

Job Summary:

  • The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create competitive employee salary structures and benefits programs, leveraging financial, market, and legal insights.
  • Design and implement employee incentive programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate in the development of executive compensation programs, incorporating financial and regulatory analysis.
  • Support annual payroll and benefits reviews, providing data-driven insights and management tools.
  • Develop and test data collection tools for HR, enhancing process efficiency.
  • Communicate action plans, aligning them with organizational goals, and motivate team members.
  • Establish and achieve performance objectives using performance management systems.
  • Identify development needs and provide targeted training or coaching.
  • Deliver and analyze budgets within the organization, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of organizational procedures.
  • Promote collaboration with external consultants, monitor outcomes, and recommend actions as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher is mandatory;
  • Over 8 years of experience in C&B/HR is desirable;
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, directing people and resources to achieve specific results within tight timelines.

We are offering an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to drive business growth and contribute to the success of our dynamic team.
