About CICC:

CICC is a leading financial institution that provides a wide range of financial services. We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team in Hong Kong.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to manage a broad range of compensation and benefits programs and operations, including market benchmarking, annual budgeting and allocation, employee benefits, payroll preparation, taxation, and global mobility. The successful candidate will also assist in formulating and reviewing C&B policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a broad range of compensation and benefits programs and operations
  • Assist in formulating and reviewing C&B policies and procedures
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for C&B matters
  • Other HR products as specified by management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, or other business-related subjects
  • More than 4 years of experience in C&B management and operations
  • Experience with financial institutions or MNCs
  • Fluent command in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills, good understanding of accounting/tax principle
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to manage HR projects
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools
  • Aptitude to multi-task and work in an organized manner under pressure and time constraints
  • Well-versed with HK employment law
  • An effective and efficient communicator
  • Client-focused and detailed-oriented
  • A team player

Estimated Salary: HK$70,000 - HK$100,000 per annum
