Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a full spectrum of HR duties with a focus on compensation and benefits functions.
  • Support the preparation of monthly payroll, including commission and incentive calculations, MPF, and tax returns.
  • Handle staff termination formalities, including final payments and exit interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Administer staff benefits.
  • Compile HR-related reports in a timely and quality manner.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a sizable company, including payroll handling.
  • Familiarity with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related HR regulations.
  • Demonstrated numerical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a strong team player.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
