Human Resources Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Support the full spectrum of human resources duties with a focus on compensation and benefits functions.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, including commission and incentive calculations, MPF, and tax returns.
  • Manage staff termination formalities, including final payments and exit interviews.
  • Update and maintain employee records in the HR system.
  • Administer staff benefits.
  • Compile HR-related reports in a timely and quality manner.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related fields.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in a sizable company, including payroll handling.
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related HR regulations.
  • Sound numerical sense, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, proficiency in MS Excel, and Chinese word processing.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
