Job Description: As a key member of the CICC team, we are seeking an experienced HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our organization. This role will be responsible for managing a broad range of compensation and benefits programs and operations, including market benchmarking, annual budgeting, and employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  2. Conduct market benchmarking exercises to ensure competitiveness.
  3. Develop and implement annual compensation and benefits budgets.
  4. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate C&B matters.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, or other business-related subjects.
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in C&B management and operations.
  3. Experience working with financial institutions or multinational companies.
  4. Fluent command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting/tax principles.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with ability to manage HR projects.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Aptitude to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and client-focused skills.
