Responsibilities:
  1. Compensation and Benefits Administration: Process monthly payroll, calculate final payments, administer retirement benefits, handle taxation, manage attendance and leave, and oversee employee benefits.
  2. Employee Records Maintenance: Accurately maintain employee data in the HRIS system, such as PeopleSoft.
  3. HR System Enhancement: Collaborate on projects to improve HR systems.
  4. Ad Hoc Duties: Perform various tasks assigned by the HR team.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Diploma or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant HR experience is an advantage.
  3. Knowledge: Familiarity with the Employment Ordinance.
  4. Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  5. Soft Skills: Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  6. Technical Skills: Experience with PeopleSoft and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  7. Candidate Consideration: Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Human Resources Officer (C&B) role.
