Job Description:


The Chinese University of Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join its Human Resources Office as an Assistant Human Resources Officer. This role requires a strong administrative support background with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Office, including personnel services, staff leave and benefits.
  • Compile correspondences and handle enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Human Resources Office.

Requirements:



  • Secondary education or equivalent.
  • Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B), or any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects.
  • Fast and accurate word-processing skills.
  • An effective command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Office.
  • Good communication, organisational and multi-tasking skills.
