About the Role

You will join the Group Office Performance and Rewards team, focusing on supporting Group Office employees' performance, compensation, and benefits.

As the key person for Group Office, you will lead the year-end compensation cycle and annual cost budgeting process, working closely with the team, HR business partners, and HR colleagues.

You will handle compensation and benefits surveys, including data input, liaison with survey vendors, and analysis.

This role will report to the Director of Group Office Performance and Rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Cycle: Central point of contact for year-end compensation cycle, working closely with Group Performance and Rewards, HR information system, and other colleagues.
  • Compensation Workday: Define processes and procedures, handle data, and work closely with the HRIS team.
  • Compensation Benchmarking Survey: Drive job pricing advisory and coordinate with external survey vendors on compensation data.
  • Compensation Proposals: Work with team members to prepare salary proposals and observe internal and external equities.
  • Other initiatives: Handle P&R related activities, provide advice, support projects, analytics, reviews, and implementation of compensation & benefits programs.

Requirements:

  • Around 10 years' working experience in Human Resources, with 5-8 years in compensation & benefits.
  • Critical thinking skills, ability to think commercially, highly analytical, and outstanding attention to details.
  • Positive, proactive in building and sustaining partnerships, able to communicate well and influence.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Competency and proficiency in Workday, particularly Reporting, Compensation, and advanced Compensation Module.
  • English and Mandarin is a plus.
