Job Title: HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist

CICC is seeking a highly skilled HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of compensation and benefits programs and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including market benchmarking, annual budgeting, and employee benefits.
  • Prepare and manage payroll, taxation, and global mobility related issues to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal guidelines.
  • Assist in formulating and reviewing compensation and benefits policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for compensation and benefits matters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, or other business-related subjects.
  • More than 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits management and operations.
  • Experience with financial institutions or MNCs.
  • Experience in independently handling compensation and benefits matters of countries in Europe, Asia Pacific, and South East Asia is a plus.
Core Competencies:
  • Fluent command in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills, good understanding of accounting and tax principles is a big plus.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to manage HR projects.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Aptitude to multi-task and work in an organized manner under pressure and time constraints.
  • Well-versed with HK employment law.
  • An effective and efficient communicator.
  • Client-focused and detailed-oriented.
  • A team player.
