Job Purpose:

Develop and direct the implementation of compensation and benefits programs to drive business results and enhance employee engagement. Monitor competitive trends in compensation and benefits, evaluating alternatives and costs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement employee salary structures and benefits programs, leveraging financial, market, and legal insights to inform decision-making.
  • Design and implement employee incentive programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement executive compensation programs, incorporating financial and regulatory analysis.
  • Support annual payroll and benefits reviews, providing data-driven analysis and management tools to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and test data collection tools to enhance HR processes and improve data-driven decision-making.
  • Communicate action plans and performance objectives, aligning them with organizational goals and motivating the team to achieve results.
  • Set and achieve performance objectives using performance management systems, identifying development needs and providing training or coaching as needed.
  • Deliver and analyze budgets within the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • Over 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits/HR is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
