Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
  • 20 years' human resources experience, of which at least 10 years should be at a managerial level in reward management.
  • Specialist Training: Labour/employment related ordinances, corporate governance, job evaluation methodologies, survey methodologies, and analytical skills.
