Our client, a leading organization in its sector, is seeking an experienced professional to lead its rewards and compensation strategy. As a key member of the APAC rewards team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing rewards and annual compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute rewards programs aligned with the organization's objectives, driving employee engagement and retention.
  • Perform regular reviews of compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure they remain competitive and effective.
  • Participate in projects to enhance service delivery and competitiveness of the organization.
  • Provide timely advice and updates to the business and HR on market intelligence to drive effective HR decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Human Resources Rewards/Compensation and Benefits at sizeable and complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make grounded rewards recommendations.
  • Structured and attentive to details in analysis, planning, conceptualization, and execution.
  • Proactive in building partnerships with stakeholders and collaborating through communication and influencing skills.
  • Agile and resilient in driving effective change.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is a must; Chinese languages are highly advantageous.
