Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a rewards program that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for program improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the rewards program with marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.
  • Develop and manage the budget for the rewards program, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Oversee the launch and promotion of rewards initiatives, ensuring effective communication to customers.
  • Foster partnerships with vendors and other stakeholders to enrich the rewards program offerings.
  • Monitor program performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in rewards program management, customer loyalty, or related fields.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in rewards program management within the insurance arena.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
