DBS Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rewards Specialist to join its Group Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing effective reward programs to attract, retain, and nurture talent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and regulatory requirements to ensure the Bank's reward programs remain competitive and effective.
  • Design and deliver innovative reward programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare management papers and proposals for internal approvals.
  • Lead analysis on pay position and benefits provisions against market benchmarks.
  • Develop and implement performance-based pay plans and other incentive compensation practices to reward good performers and attract high-calibre personnel.
  • Coordinate with businesses and Business HR to ensure the effectiveness of sales incentive programs.
  • Partner with Business HR to deliver appropriate reward solutions and policies in line with business needs and strategies.
  • Drive internal communication to ensure HR colleagues understand the Bank's reward programs and policies.
  • Lead local market implementation and customization of group rewards initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in rewards related areas, preferably in the banking industry and/or with professional consultancy companies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of internal HR policies and procedures within the banking industry.
