Job DescriptionWe are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our department as Technical Product Lead – Reward and Offer Management.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with Group/Regional IT to understand the Group's direction and provide solutions to HASE business areas.
- Develop effective technology support for WPB through defining IT strategy, providing IT consultation, and delivering IT solutions to achieve strategic goals and efficient operations of the business.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, development managers, software specialists, and engineers to ensure delivered projects/solutions meet budget, timeline, and quality objectives aligned with business strategy.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and oversight of policy and governance frameworks, procedures, and standards to ensure effective risk management, quality control, and compliance are in place.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for production systems and system enhancement to support strategic business growth and development.
- Manage supply and demand pipeline and give guidance/direction for making decisions to achieve goals, deliver products aligning with business.
- Manage a team, with accountability for the performance of team activities, focusing on continuous improvement of team performance from a productivity, service, quality, training, and effectiveness perspective.
- Accountable for ensuring products and services maintain compliance with mandatory and regulatory requirements and control objectives within the risk and controls framework.
- Responsible for ensuring group controls are maintained within team activities and remediation activities are resolved swiftly.
- Accountable for operational stability, integrity, and availability of products and services supported by the team.
- University degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Information System or related disciplines.
- Minimum 13+ years' experience of IT Programme/Project Management.
- Experience in managing IT project in a complex environment, preferably on a regional or global scale.
- Manage a diverse team of IT professionals in delivering growth, regulatory, risk & control, and efficiency changes.
- Strong leadership and people management skills and stakeholder management experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage in a dynamic and matrix environment.
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
