Job Summary

DBS Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reward and Compensation Specialist to join its Human Resources team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective reward programs that drive business outcomes and enhance employee value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement competitive and cost-effective reward programs that align with business strategies and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that reward programs remain market-competitive and effective.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand their reward needs and preferences.
  • Lead compensation review exercises to reward high performers, attract top talent, and achieve staff retention goals.
  • Partner with Business HR to deliver reward solutions that meet business needs and strategies.
  • Communicate reward programs and policies to HR colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
  • Lead local market implementation and customization of group rewards initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in rewards related areas, preferably in the banking industry and/or with professional consultancy companies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of internal HR policies and procedures within the banking industry.
