Job Title: Total Rewards Manager

Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our global total rewards programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage competitive total rewards programmes aligned across all markets and compliant with country-specific legal requirements.
  • Support the design and implementation of employee compensation and benefits, retirement programmes, and group incentives.
  • Manage the renewal of subscription and services contracts, benefit schemes, and employee benefits/services budget and expenses.
  • Provide support for managers, including ad-hoc analysis, modelling, and material preparation.
  • Support the manager in providing COE advice on rewards matters, supporting the business to acquire, motivate, retain talent, and support labour and industrial relations.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management/Organisational Psychology or business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years working experience as in-house HR professional and/or in HR consultancy, preferably in multinational/multi-geography organisations with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in compensation & benefits and rewards.
  • Well-versed with common HR practices and sound knowledge of statutory and compliance requirements, including Employment Ordinance, pensions legislations, and other relevant laws and regulation for Hong Kong and other regions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure and independently.
