Job Purpose:

Develop and direct the implementation of compensation and benefits programs to drive business results and enhance employee engagement. Monitor competitive trends in compensation and benefits, evaluating alternatives and costs to optimize program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement employee salary structures and benefits programs, leveraging financial, market, and legal insights to inform decision-making.
  • Design and implement employee incentive programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement executive compensation programs, incorporating financial and regulatory analysis.
  • Support annual payroll and benefits reviews, providing data-driven analysis and drafting management tools and communications.
  • Develop and test data collection tools for HR, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate action plans, aligning them with organizational goals and motivating the team to achieve success.
  • Set and achieve performance objectives using performance management systems, identifying development needs and providing training or coaching as needed.
  • Deliver and analyze budgets within the organization, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Prepare briefings for external consultants, monitoring outcomes and recommending actions as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • Over 10 years of experience in C&B/HR is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
