Key Responsibilities:- Compensation and Benefits Management: Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Payroll Operations: Manage the monthly pay process, including salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation, and other associated payroll activities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date pay records, employee records, leave records, and related information.
- Employee Support: Provide expert advice and assistance to employees on matters relating to compensation and benefits, payroll, and related HR activities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare management reports and analytics to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Degree holder in a relevant field.
- Experience: Solid experience in managing end-to-end payroll operations for a sizable organization.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills; experience in using SAP Success Factors is an advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to maintain confidentiality of employer and employee information.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and data inputting with high levels of accuracy.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
