Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager. This is a key role that will be responsible for managing various compensation and benefits programs and initiatives to support the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compensation and Benefits Management: Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Payroll Operations: Manage the monthly pay process, including salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation, and other associated payroll activities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date pay records, employee records, leave records, and related information.
  • Employee Support: Provide expert advice and assistance to employees on matters relating to compensation and benefits, payroll, and related HR activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare management reports and analytics to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree holder in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Solid experience in managing end-to-end payroll operations for a sizable organization.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills; experience in using SAP Success Factors is an advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to maintain confidentiality of employer and employee information.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and data inputting with high levels of accuracy.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
