About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Professional to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a Compensation and Benefits (Assistant Manager/Manager), you will play a key role in supporting various regional C&B programs, including HRIS implementation, annual compensation review, salary survey, job evaluation, and staff cost budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Regional C&B Programs: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems, conduct annual compensation reviews, and participate in salary surveys to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
- Manage Expatriate Remuneration Packages: Develop and implement expatriate remuneration packages, including package formulation for international assignments, localization proposals, and calculation of income tax withholding.
- Provide Guidance and Support: Offer guidance to country HRs on international assignments and up-to-date C&B practices, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions.
- Consolidate and Prepare HR Dashboards: Analyze and present HR data to inform business decisions, providing insights into compensation and benefits trends.
- Support Ad-Hoc Projects: Collaborate with the team to deliver various projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Experience: 6-8 years of solid experience in compensation and benefits, preferably with regional experience in multi-national companies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in top-tier HCM systems, such as Workday, SAP, and PeopleSoft, as well as advanced MS Excel functions and formulas for data analysis and reporting.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
