About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Strategist to join our dynamic team. As an experienced professional in this field, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits strategies that support the organization's talent attraction, retention, and engagement objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compensation Strategy: Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitive compensation packages aligned with industry standards. Develop and implement compensation policies, structures, and guidelines to attract and retain top talent.
  2. Benefits Administration: Manage the comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee benefits. Oversee benefits enrollment and administration processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Total Rewards Strategy: Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to develop a holistic total rewards strategy supporting talent management objectives. Design and administer incentive and recognition programs driving individual and team performance, as well as employee engagement.
  4. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Prepare and submit required reports and filings related to employee compensation and benefits.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging compensation and benefits strategies. Identify areas for improvement in compensation and benefits programs and collaborate with HR to implement changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in a compensation and benefits management role, preferably in a fast-paced dynamic organization.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation design, job evaluation, and performance-based pay systems.
  • Proficient in benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal ability in English.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
